The CIES Football Observatory Weekly Post has ranked the European clubs according to their squad values and English Premier League clubs clearly dominate the list. The top two spots are occupied by Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur respectively while Barcelona make up the third spot.
PSG rank eight on the list despite the high profile transfer of Neymar during the summer. And this is primarily because the loan deal of Kylian Mbappe has not been taken into consideration.
A total of 5 Premier League clubs make up the top 10 while Juventus are the only Italian team to feature on the list.
