Chelsea and Manchester United are going all guns blazing after Juventus left-back Alex Sandro and it seems that both these clubs have finally seen a ray of hope.

Sandro was close to joining Chelsea during the summer and the player had also reportedly agreed to financial terms with the Blues. But Juventus eventually blocked the transfer primarily because they had already sold the likes of Bonucci and Dani Alves and did not want to lose another defender.

Now though Chelsea, as well as Manchester United, have received positive news over the transfer of Alex Sandro as Juventus seem to have identified the potential replacements for the Brazilian.

According to Calciomercato, the Bianconeri have pinpointed Wendell and Emerson Palmieri as replacements and the club might go after them as early as January.

This is nothing but good news for both the Premier League clubs as the sooner Juventus find a replacement, the sooner will they let go of the left-back.

Alex Sandro is scheduled to leave Italy at the end of the season but if Juve manage to sign either of their two targets by early January, then who knows, Sandro might move to England during the winter transfer window itself.
