It’s official.
Chelsea Football Club have completed the signing of Ross Barkley from Everton Football Club.
The English International has put pen to paper on a five-and-a-half-year contract at Stamford Bridge for a fee that is reportedly in the region of 15 million pounds.

Ross Barkley will wear the No 8 shirt at Chelsea.
‘I’m overwhelmed, I’m looking forward to it and I’m really excited to get started.’ Barkley said after the signing.
