Chelsea have made up their mind to let go of David Luiz even if that means sending him out on loan but the Blues are not too keen to allow him to move to Arsenal.

Chelsea have been itching to offload David Luiz after his clash with manager Antonio Conte and it seems that the Blues have put the Brazilian up for sale.

But according to reports, the Blues will not allow the defender to move across London and join rivals Arsenal.

The Gunners have shown interest in signing the Brazilian and at the start of December the move looked possible but now Chelsea have put their foot down and said that they will not allow a top-rated defender to join a Premier League rival.

This leaves Manchester United and Juventus the other two clubs who want the Brazilian in their squad. A report in the MEN claimed that Jose Mourinho is eager to bring the Brazilian to Manchester United even if it is on loan for the rest of the season. But we feel that Chelsea will block a move to Manchester United for the same reason as they are blocking a move to Arsenal.

This invariably means that if Chelsea want to offload David Luiz then a loan move to Juventus might just be the only option left for Antonio Conte.
