Chelsea are targeting AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma as a replacement to Thibaut Courtois if the Belgian No 1 decides to join Real Madrid.

Recently Sky Sports expert Guillem Balague suggested that Thibaut Courtois is one of the top transfer targets for Real Madrid and it seems that Chelsea are already planning a life without their influential shot-stopper.

Courtois has already had a spell in Span – when he was out on loan to Atletico Madrid, and now it seems that he is desperate to head back to Madrid so that he can stay close to his kids.

It is also being rumoured that Courtois has rejected a lucrative offer from Chelsea and has asked his agent to push for a move to Real Madrid. So it is very evident that the Los Blancos might get their man by the end of the summer.

And it seems that Antonio Conte has already shortlisted his candidates that might replace the Belgian International infront of goal at Stamford Bridge. And according to Mundo Deportivo, it seems that AC Milan’s young prodigy Gianluigi Donnarumma tops that list.
