Brazil and PSG forward Lucas Moura has agreed to join Manchester United – according to reports.

PSG have plans to offload a couple of players during the January transfer window in order to avoid an FFP breach and Lucas Moura happens to be one such player.

It was being reported that the forward has rejected offers from a couple of high profile teams in order to join Manchester United. And now according to Italian newspaper GazzettaLucas Moura has agreed to join the Old Trafford outfit.

Lucas joined PSG for £38 million five years ago but the recent acquisitions of Neymar and Mbappe have pushed the winger down the pecking order and Unai Emery is willing to let go of the player for a fee of around £40 million.

Yes, the Brazilian is not in the form of his life but if we take a look at the crazy transfer market, a £40 million deal for Lucas Moura will be an absolute steal of a deal.

Gazette reports that Lucas Moura has agreed to join Manchester United on a permanent basis but now the Premier League outfit will have to contact PSG and strike a deal for the Brazilian International.

This bit of news will definitely be a huge blow for Chelsea manager Antonio Conte as the Blues were said to be planning a bid for the winger during the January transfer window.
