Chelsea are on the verge of losing out on West Ham striker Andy Carroll as transfer talks collapse – according to reports.

Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Andy Carroll as a partner to Alvaro Morata and the Blues seemed to have already launched a bid for the former Liverpool man.

But now it seems that the transfer talks have gone south as both the clubs have failed to reach an agreement.

It is being reported that Chelsea want the striker only on loan until the end of the season whereas the Hammers are interested in offloading the player permanently.

This disagreement has led to a collapse of the deal and now it seems that Antonio Conte is looking at other possible options.

West Ham though are also looking to offload their other strikers Javier Hernandez and Diafra Sakho and a few reports claim that the Stamford Bridge outfit might place a bid for one of them.
