OGC Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri is being chased by a string of Premier League clubs and it seems that England might very well be his next destination.

The 26-year-old joined the Ligue 1 outfit back in 2015 and since then Seri has played 92 games for Nice and during the summer the Ivorian was tipped to join Barcelona.

That deal eventually fell through meaning that PSG were now the favourites to sign Seri. Now though PSG have also backed out of placing a bid fearing that the signing might cause a breach of the Fair Play Regulations.

Seri has 18 months left on his contract and his release clause is estimated to be £35 million.

Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool are all expected to launch bids for the midfielder during the summer.

United are looking at Seri as a long-term replacement to the ageing Michael Carrick while City are planning to replace Yaya Toure with the Ivorian International.
