Tottenham Hotspur have beaten the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal to sign Lucas Moura from PSG – according to French outlet RMC.

Both Chelsea and Arsenal were eyeing a move for the PSG misfit but it seems that the Lilywhites have beaten their London rivals to the transfer.

The report suggests that PSG and Spurs have come to an agreement over the transfer fee and Moura too has agreed to personal terms with Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Yesterday multiple reports had suggested that Spurs were willing to pay a transfer fee somewhere in the region of €25m for Lucas Moura but PSG did not want anything less than €30 million.

But now it seems that the Ligue 1 outfit have quickly changed their mind as they are desperate to offload some players in order to prevent a breach of the Fair Play regulations.

As per ESPN’s Dan Kilpatrick, Lucas Moura is currently on £75,000-per-week at PSG and is also expected to earn in the same wage bracket once he moves to Spurs.
