Recent reports have suggested that LA Galaxy have reignited their interest in signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Manchester United.

The big Swede suffered an ACL injury towards the end of last season and since then he has been struggling to get back into the first team. And now that Manchester United have signed Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal, Zlatan’s first team chances will dry up even further.

While talking about LA Galaxy’s interest in Ibrahimovic, Jose Mourinho said:

“Zlatan is in last year of his contract, if, if, if — and he said nothing to it to me — but if, if, if that is true and Zlatan wants a future in another club in another country we are here to help and create conditions to help, not to make his life difficult,”

“The last thing Zlatan told me was he wants to recover totally and help the team,” Mourinho added.

Zlatan returned back to full fitness from his ACL injury in December 2017 and since then he has only one goal in seven appearances this season.
