Liverpool are planning to offer new contracts to Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane – according to reports.

In the past, Liverpool have lost some of their biggest stars to rivals clubs who were ready to offer them a substantial pay rise. But now it seems that the Merseyside outfit have learned from their mistakes and are in the process of tying down both Mane and Salah.

Reports claim that Liverpool’s biggest priority as of now is to renew the contract for Sadio Mane. Mane currently earns £80,000 per week at Anfield but if the player agrees to the new deal then he will receive a huge pay rise.

The Mirror claim that once Liverpool have wrapped up the Mane deal they will shift their focus to Mohamed Salah.

The Egyptian has set the Premier League on fire this season and has already attracted interest from La Liga giants Real Madrid.

Liverpool have already lost Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona at the start of the new year and Jurgen Klopp is mindful of the fact that he does not suffer the same fate with Mo Salah.
