After having won the Premier League title last season, Chelsea this time around look a totally different side. Last campaign, their new manager could do no wrong but this time around Antonio Conte looks confused and lost.

If the Italian somehow manages to avoid a sack before the end of the season then his biggest job will be to keep his team intact as a host of first team players are on the verge of moving out of Stamford Bridge during the summer transfer window.

We take a look at 5 players who are likely to play for a new club next season:

1. Eden Hazard:

The Belgian International is undoubtedly the biggest name on this list. The playmaker who has been the crown jewel for Chelsea since he moved to Stamford Bridge is more than likely to play for Real Madrid next campaign.

Hazard’s current contract with the Blues expires in 2020 and earlier this week reports suggested that the Belgian had rejected a deal with the club. Yesterday though, news from Spain claimed that Hazard is now willing to sign a new deal at Chelsea only if the club include a proper exit clause in it – so that he can move to Real Madrid if the Spanish club come calling during the summer.

2. Willian:

The Brazilian is another attacking player who might threaten to move out if he does not get regular starts. At the start of the new year, Manchester United were said to be interested in the winger but the Red Devils eventually signed Alexis Sanchez.

Recent reports though have suggested that Jose Mourinho is still interested in Willian and will make a move for him during the summer transfer window. The United manager wants to strengthen his squad next season in order to compete with Manchester City and Willian can certainly make a lot of difference.

3. Thibaut Courtois:

Thibaut Courtois’ recent actions clearly indicate that the Belgian does not intend to extend his stay with Chelsea beyond the current season. The goalkeeper has claimed in several interviews that he wishes to head back to Madrid in order to stay with his children and like Eden Hazard, his next destination too seems to be Real Madrid.

Courtois’ current contract comes to an end during the summer and the Belgian No 1 has refused to sign a new deal prompting many to believe that he wants out. Yesterday a Belgium publication had suggested that Courtois had recently met with PSG officials in order to discuss a potential move to France next season.

4. David Luiz:

David Luiz’s relationship with Antonio Conte has gone south during the past couple of months and if the Italian is at the helm next season then Luiz will have no other option but to find a new club. Both of them were involved in a clash of egos late last year and since then Luiz has been practically warming the benches.

The Brazilian has recently been sidelined due to an injury but he has clearly fallen down the pecking order even if he manages to make himself fit.

5. Michy Batshuayi:

Michy Batshuayi has been setting the Bundesliga on fire since he moved to Borussia Dortmund during the January transfer window on a loan deal. And by the looks of it the striker has no intentions of coming back.

Under Antonio Conte, Batshuayi struggled for game time but in Germany, the player has been scoring goals at will. Reports suggest that BVB are so impressed with Batshuayi that they will push to make the loan deal permanent during the summer transfer window.
