Liverpool travel to Manchester on Saturday to take on their arch-rivals Manchester United in the famous North West Derby.

The Reds are currently on a seven-game unbeaten streak out of they have won five matches. Their last outing against FC Porto in midweek ended goalless but that should not be a major cause of concern for Jurgen Klopp. The man is set to bring back a series of first-team players who were rested for the Champions League clash.

We take a look at Liverpool’s predicted line up vs Man United:

LIVERPOOL TEAM NEWS:

The defensive line will see three major changes as Virgil Van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Robertson all return to the starting line up. This means only Dejan Lovren will retain his place from midweek.

James Milner started the Porto game but on Saturday the midfielder will make for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Emre Can and Jordan Henderson both will hopefully retain their place in central midfield.

Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino started the game against Porto but were taken off in the second half so that they do not get overworked before the North West Derby. Mo Salah was the only player from the attacking trio who started the midweek fixture on the bench but he came on a second-half substitute.

Salah will most certainly start on the right wing with Sadio Mane on the other and Roberto Firmino playing down the middle.

LIVERPOOL’S PREDICTED LINE UP VS MAN UNITED:

Goalkeeper: Karius.

Defence: Robertson, Van Dijk, Lovren, Arnold.

Midfield: Chamberlain, Henderson, Can.

Attack: Mane, Firmino, Salah.
