Chelsea signed Olivier Giroud from Arsenal during the January transfer window and it seems that Antonio Conte has eyes on yet another Gunners player during the summer.

If reports from are to be believed then the Stamford Bridge outfit are planning to make a move for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.

Ramsey joined Arsenal from Cardiff City back in 2008 for a fee of £4.8 million and his current contract at the Emirates is set to expire at the end of the season.

The club are yet to start negotiations on a new deal and Chelsea are supposedly keeping a close eye on the situation.

If Ramsey does not sign a new deal with Arsenal by the end of the summer then the Blues want to bring him to Stamford Bridge on a free transfer.

Ramsey has been a mainstay in the Arsenal midfield this season playing 23 matches this season in all competitions.

And we feel that Arsene Wenger will not risk losing one of his first choice midfielders and that too on a free transfer.

Wenger has already stated that Jack Wilshere’s future at the club is still in doubt so it is only logical that he will provide Ramsey with a new deal.

Aaron Ramsey along with Jack Wilshere have started a lot of games in midfield for Arsenal this season so if Wenger claims that Wilshere is on the verge of an exit that we can safely say that Ramsey is set to stay.
