Manchester City are leading the race to the Premier League title and are sitting pretty at the top of the table. And now it seems that their players are also topping the list of the fastest player in the league.

Man City winger Leroy Sane is now officially the fastest player in the English Premier League after he reached 35.48km/h during their victory over Chelsea back in September.

And Sane’s impressive speed is not only the fastest this season but also the best since the such a record is being maintained from the 2013-14 season.

Crystal Palace player has come in a close second on the list with a top speed of 35.42km/h.

Manchester City also have summer signing Kyle Walker on that list with a top speed of 35.42km/h.

Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger has also made it to the list.

London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have one player a piece in the form of Laurent Koscielny and Moussa Sissoko.

Manchester United do not have any players on the list.

Jamie Vardy held the previous record of the fastest player in the league since 2013-14 clocking a top speed of 35.44km/h.
