Both of the Glasgow giants Rangers and Celtic FC are keen to sign Youssouf Mulumbu, the 31-year-old Kilmarnock midfielder this summer.

The Congolese international has been outstanding since he joined Steve Clarke’s side last November. The midfielder currently has 12 appearances in Killie’s jersey, in which he has scored one goal and has four assists against his name.

As a midfielder, Mulumbu is doing his job pretty well which made not only the Glasgow giants but also Aberdeen and Hibernian to keep an eye on him. Due to his outstanding performance, there is a rumour that some of the English clubs might also approach him during the summer transfer window.

According to Daily Mail, as Mulumbu’s contract will expire at the season end, there is a high chance of him moving out of the club. He almost moved out of Rugby Park back in January to join Bordeaux but that move didn’t happen due to some internal problems between both the clubs.

This time though the 31-year-old midfielder would be more than likely to move out in order to try and find  a new club. And the Scottish giant Rangers FC will surely bet some high price for him as they will be likely to have someone who is good at his job and certainly Youssouf Mulumbu fits in the spot.

Now it totally depends on the player if he wants to move out or continue his career with the Killie’s.
