As per the latest news, Chelsea and Man Utd target Milinkovic-Savic is happy at his current club Lazio as per his agent.
The 22-year-old central midfielder is currently under contract with Lazio up until 2022 but that hasn’t stopped a few Premier League clubs from eyeing him up. A few days ago a report came out which suggested that both Man Utd and Chelsea were interested in the player and both these clubs had sent their scouts on a few occassions to watch the player in action.
But the Italian outfit are in no mood to sell the player as they had already rejected a 45 million euro bid from Juventus last summer. Now Savic’s agent has also slammed the door shut on a possible move stating that the player is happy at Lazio.
While speaking to the TransferMarketWeb he said, “Sergej has just penned a deal extension for Lazio. He’s happy there, that’s it.
“[Lazio boss Simone]Inzaghi made excellent work with helping him grow and improve, and a lot of credit goes to director Tare too, for having believed in him from the start.”
The Serbian U21 International joined Lazio back in July 2015 from Genk and since then he has gone on to make 79 appearances for the club.
