3) Laurent Blanc
A bit of an outsider on this list, the Frenchman was most recently the manager of French heavyweights PSG from where he was sacked due to inability to do well in Europe. His stint was rated lower than it should have as PSG lost the league title to Monaco last season under Unai Emery. He laid the base for PSG and took them to levels not seen in a long time and he could very well do that at a club like Chelsea where he will have relative financial freedom.
