Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp have been chasing RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita throughout the summer, but now it looks as if the deal has been finally agreed upon.
Various sources across Europe are suggesting that Liverpool and Leipzig have agreed upon a deal for 22-year-old Guinean International.
But Keita will wear the Red of Liverpool only in 2018 after the current season comes to an end.
Liverpool had earlier made two unsuccessful bid for the central midfielder – the last one being in the region of £75 million. Now the Anfield outfit look to have finally got their main summer target for a club record fee.

Lvpl paid premium now on top of next summer’s £48million release clause.— paul joyce (@_pauljoyce) August 28, 2017
Liverpool look to have pulled off a masterstroke in terms of the transfer. You see Keita has an exit clause of £48 million in his current contract with Leipzig and come next season a lot of top clubs across Europe would have been trying to trigger that amount. So Liverpool have just paid some extra cash and booked him in advance for next season.
