The Phillipe Coutinho transfer race is certainly heating up.

Barcelona, for the longest time, were thought to be the sole club that had shown any real interest in signing the Brazilian. This summer though the move did not materialize as Liverpool were not ready to part ways with their star playmaker. But Barcelona were sure to come back next transfer window.

A few days ago it was reported that Barcelona might face some stiff competition from PSG who also want to sign the Brazilian. PSG are reportedly ready to pay as much as £150 million for the player – £30 million more than Barcelona’s final offer this summer.

But now it looks as if Italian giants Juventus are ready to trump both these clubs as they are preparing a bid of £155 million for Coutinho. The Turin outfit is desperate to add some quality to their midfield and manager Massimiliano Allegri feels that Brazilian will be a perfect fit.

Juventus have also been chasing Emre Can for quite some time now and the Serie A club feel that they just might get a bargain deal for both the players.
