Chelsea forward Michy Batshuayi is eager to move out of the club atleast on a temporary basis in order to boost his hopes for the World Cup next year.

Michy Batshuayi has found it increasingly difficult to cement a place at Chelsea since arriving at the club in 2016 but this season especially after the signing of Alvaro Morata, the Belgian seems to have totally gone out of favour.

This season Batshuayi has only featured in eight Premier League matches – managing to score just two goals. Antonio Conte has put his faith on Alvaro Morata and rightly so. But even when the Spaniard has been out with an injury the Chelsea boss seems to have trusted the likes of Eden Hazard and Pedro with a more forward role.

This constant bench warming by Michy Batshuayi is seriously denting his hopes of playing for Belgium in the World Cup and even he knows that. That is why the forward is eager to move out of Stamford Bridge during the January transfer window in a loan spell in order to get some much-needed game time under his belt.
