Chelsea are currently without a top striker amongst their ranks and as the new season is closing in, it looks like as if Antonio Conte is getting more and more desperate.
In a pretty shocking bit of news, it looks as if Chelsea are now trying to buy Sergio Aguero from Manchester City. Antonio Conte ended the last season on a high by lifting the Premier League trophy. But pretty much everything after that has gone against him. At first, he dumped Diego Costa and told him to find a new club, in the hope that Chelsea will be able to land Romelu Lukaku. But instead the Belgian decide to take a much northern route and ended up signing for Manchester United.
As per AS newspaper’s journalist Manu Sainz, Chelsea are looking to bring in Sergio Aguero from Manchester City and Pep Guardiola might have already given the green light to the transfer.

Chelsea were thought to be chasing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang but according to Sainz Conte is targeting the Man City forward instead.
Conte has been trying out every possible trick in the book in order to bring in a new forward before the Premier league season starts. But if he fails to do it then, unfortunately, he cannot even fall back to Diego Costa as the Spaniard has made his intentions to move out of Stamford Bridge pretty clear.
