It looks like Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has finally found his frontman for the next season as the Blues are close to securing a deal with Real Madrid for Alvaro Morata.

Chelsea are currently without a striker amongst their ranks. Antonio Conte has already shown the door to his current striker Diego Costa and has also missed out on Romelu Lukaku – his prime summer target. And with each passing day, it looks as if Chelsea were piling on the pressure upon themselves. There were numerous reports linking Dortmund’s Aubameyang to Chelsea. Many sources also claimed that a deal had already been agreed between the two clubs and the Gabon International was all set to join the Blues.

And in the past few days, there were also reports that Chelsea were looking to sign Sergio Aguero from Manchester City. City boss Pep Guardiola had apparently given a green signal to the deal and the Argentine looked all set to move to London.

But now according to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Chelsea have shifted their focus to Alvaro Morata, and the Spaniard is pretty close to signing for the Blues.

Alvaro Morata was initially set to move to Manchester United before the Red Devils decided to sign Romelu Lukaku. And now it looks as if the Chelsea boss is trying to make things even by signing up Morata.
