Chelsea in line to sign to sign Hamburg starlet Jann-Fiete Arp.
The 17-year-old is one of the most promising young talents in Germany right now and has just signed his first professional contract with Hamburg earlier this year. Arp has made only four appearances this season but he is already being tipped for a move to the Premier League.
And according to the latest reports, Chelsea look to be the frontrunners in signing the youngster. The Blues have been keeping tabs on the player for quite some time now and they are all set to beat clubs like Arsenal and Manchester City who have also shown interest in the player.
Arp has had a wonderful run in the German U-17 side where he scored a staggering 19 goals in 18 appearances.
