According to reports, Chelsea midfielder Mario Pasalic has signed a new deal with the London outfit before moving out on loan to Spartak Moscow.

No idea who Pasalic is?

Well, he’s been a Chelsea player for three seasons now having joined the Blues back in 2014 from Croatian side Hajduk Split. But it is not entirely your fault if you haven’t heard of this Croatian International simply because he has not yet made a single appearance for Chelsea. Pasalic arrived at Chelsea with the reputation of being a great goal scorer(scored 11 goals in 39 games for his previous side). But ever since his arrival, Pasalic has moved around on loan to three different clubs in three different seasons.

In the 2016-17 season, the 22-year-old was out on loan to Milan where he played 26 games and scored 5 times. And now that his loan spell has ended he has returned back to England only to be loaned out once again – this time to Russian side Spartak Moscow.

But before leaving out on loan, Pasalic has signed a deal with Chelsea. And as per Gianluca DiMarzio Chelsea have added some fresh terms into the new contract which clearly shows that the Blues are still hopeful that the Croatian will one day come good for them.
