Chelsea are lining up a bid for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha during the January transfer window – according to reports.

Crystal Palace had a terrible start to the season as at one point they had failed to pick up a single point from seven Premier League games but since then Palace have collected 17 points and are now 9th on the table. And this is primarily due to the return of Zaha after an injury.

Zaha has played 12 games in the current season managing to score four goals in the process. And this has rightly grabbed the eyeballs of a lot of Premier League clubs.

Tottenham Hotspur were in pursuit of the English International during the summer but failed to secure a deal after the Eagles refused to let go of their star winger. But Spurs are expected to make a renewed bid for the 25-year-old during the January transfer window.

Now though according to a report in the Daily Mirror, Chelsea also seem to have shown an interest in signing Wilfried Zaha. Antonio Conte has been told by the Chelsea management to sign a couple of players during the winter transfer window and Zaha might be one of them.
