Chelsea and Antonio Conte are planning to send Charly Musonda out on loan during the January transfer window if reports are to be believed.

The 20-year-old winger recently went on a rant on social media after growing frustrated with the lack of game time this season. While the player since then has apologized to the club and stated that the somewhat cryptic message was not meant to be a dig at Chelsea but the Blues look adamant to send him out on yet another loan spell.

Chelsea tried to send him out this summer but the player refused as he wanted to stay back and fight for this position in the team. But after the outburst on social media things seem to have gone a bit south for the player.

The Chelsea youth product has already been out on loan once before when he spent almost one year with La Liga side Real Betis. Now the Blues want his to send him out for a second spell in order to help him develop into a first-team contender.

This has been Chelsea’s policy with young players for quite some time now where they send them out on a series of loan spells in order to develop them. Recently Kevin De Bruyne spoke out about his loan spells while he was at Chelsea and why he thinks that it was a flawed plan. But by the looks of it, Charly Musonda is also heading in the same direction.
