Saul Niguez is keen on joining Manchester United.
According to the Sun, Manchester United will make a move for Atletico Madrid’s Saul Niguez as soon as the season comes to an end. But Jose Mourinho has been given strict orders that if he wishes to buy at the end of the season then he will have to offload some players during the January transfer window.
The report claims that Niguez is also keen on joining the Red Devils but only if a deal is stuck between both the clubs. But that will be easier said than done because Niguez recently signed a nine-year deal with Atletico and the release clause in that deal is a staggering £133 million.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has also been a long time admirer of the midfielder and a few reports recently suggested that the Italian was also keen on signing the 22-year-old and was willing to go head to head with Mourinho in the battle to sign the player. But now with Niguez inclined towards a move to Manchester United, Conte might just have to look at other options.
