Former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas recently quit the Chinese Super League in order to pursue his love for motorsports. Villas-Boas will be taking part in the Dakar Rally and before doing so he gave an interview to Gazzetta Dello Sport.

In the interview(as quoted by Calciomercato) the former Chelsea manager talked about his Inter Milan coaching days and how he learnt some great skulls from current Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho.

Villas-Boas said, “I have amazing memories from Inter. The Serie A was very competitive and as a coach, I learned a lot tactically. I am still in contact with some people at the club.”

“I have learned so much from him and I will remain grateful to him for all my life. He knows this. It is only normal that at a certain point our different paths go in separate ways,” Boas said while talking about his relationship with Jose Mourinho.

The former Porto boss will take part in the Dakar Rally that is scheduled to be held in 201 after which he is expected to return back to managing and he has been linked with a series of European clubs.
