Harry Kane might switch loyalties: Is United is next possible destination?

Former chairman of Crystal Palace, Simon Jordan has said that Harry Kane will find it increasingly difficult to stay with Spurs if the club fails to win the Premier League this season.

Kane has truly established himself as one of the best strikers in world football right now and has been on a goal-scoring spree for a couple of seasons now. But Jordan feels that Harry Kane will definitely be tempted to switch loyalties if Pochettino cannot deliver the league title by the end of this season.

While speaking to talkSPORT, Jordan said that clubs like Manchester United or Real Madrid will surely come calling for the 24-year-old and if Spurs fail to win a silverware before that then Kane will find it very difficult to continue his career in north London.

“I’m not trying to be disrespectful to Tottenham, but if Manchester United come calling for Harry Kane, or Real Madrid – with an aging forward line – come calling for Harry Kane, I think in a year’s time it will be very difficult for Harry Kane, at his peak, with Tottenham potentially not winning the Premier League and maybe struggling to even get into the Champions League, to resist the opportunity to move along.”, Jordan told Kick Off.

Harry Kane won the Golden Boot in the Premier League last season by scoring 29 goals and the English International has carried on that blazing form into the new season. Kane has already managed to score 6 goals in the Premier League in just 7 appearances.
