Is Harry Kane Seriously A Doubt For The Clash Against Man Utd?

Harry Kane scored a brace vs Liverpool last weekend at Wembley and he was substituted with just two minutes left on the clock. And while walking off the pitch one could see Kane clutching his hamstring.

When the Spurs manager was asked about a potential injury to their star man he shrugged off any such concerns but also mentioned that Kane will be rested during the midweek game against the Hammers. And true to his words, Pochettinho did not play Harry Kane in the EFL fixture. But what is a bit concerning is that the manager decided to take off Fernando Llorente with 20 minutes left on the clock during the midweek match. And that too when the Lilywhites were trailing by a goal.

So was Mauricio Pochettinho saving Llorente for the match against Manchester United?

Pochettinho told beIN Sports, “We’ll see. We need to assess the team, we were forced to rotate [tonight] for different reasons.”

Now we cannot make much of this statement but we hope that the consecutive golden boot winner features at Old Trafford so that we neutrals can witness a top class game.
