A Host Of Premier League Clubs Chasing Steven Gerrard’s Cousin After He Was Rejected By Liverpool

Bobby Duncan has been the talk of the town for a while now and many top clubs in England are chasing him up. For those of you who do not know who Duncan is – he is the cousin of Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard and is currently playing in the youth academy of Manchester City.

But according to the recent reports, a series of top Premier League clubs have been eyeing the youngster. Clubs like Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Southampton have all sent scouts on several occasion to watch the youngster in action. Duncan recently scored during England’s U-17’s match against Portugal and the Gunners had scouts watching him in action.

It is also being believed that Arsenal have jumped the queue and are now the favourites to sign the 16-year-old. Duncan was allegedly rejected by Liverpool’s academy for not being good enough and he is currently stationed at the Manchester City Academy. But the player is yet to sign a professional contract with the Blue half of Manchester. And Arsenal are trying to use this opportunity to woe the youngster and bring him to London.
