Reports are suggesting that Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has made contact with Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard over a potential switch to the Bernabeu during the summer transfer window.

According to Diario Gol, Real Madrid President Florentino Perez has given the green signal to the Hazard transfer and Zidane is now making plans to bring the Belgian to Spain at the end of the season.

Chelsea have offered Eden Hazard a new deal worth £300,000-per-week but the winger has been said to delay the transfer talks until the end of the season in hopes that Real Madrid will come calling as soon as the current campaign comes to an end.

Hazard has been on the transfer wish list of the Real Madrid manager ever since he took charge of the Los Blancos but the evolution of Marco Asensio has somewhat delayed the move but now the go-ahead from Perez has certainly set the ball rolling.
