Liverpool are sending out their officials to Monaco in order to negotiate a move for AS Monaco’s Thomas Lemar.

Liverpool manager has lately shown a fair bit of interest in the 21-year-old, mainly because the German coach sees Lemar as a potential replacement for the wantaway Philippe Coutinho.

The Reds on Monday saw a bid of around £74 million being rejected by Monaco and with less than 48 hours left in the transfer window, the Liverpool management has sent out a few officials in order to force a move for Thomas Lemar. And news has it that this time the Merseyside outfit are offering the services of Divock Origi on loan in addition to the £74 million.

The offer has already been conveyed to the Monaco management and the Liverpool personnel will meet them in person so that they can persuade the French club to accept the deal.

AS Monaco though have already prepared for the departure of Thomas Lemar as the club have brought in Keita Balde from Lazio.

It’s just who will they sell to.
