In the first bit of disappointing news, Ivan Perisic looks all set to snub Manchester United as Inter Milan are ready to offer him a new and improved four-year deal which will make him the highest paid footballer at the club.

And just as United were recovering from this bit of disappointing development, the Old Trafford outfit have been dealt with another blow. It is being reported that Real Madrid have assured Gareth Bale that his future is secure as of now and that the club will not be going after Kylian Mbappe this summer.

The Welshman eagerly wants to see out his contract at the club which runs out in 2022 and Madrid have assured him that he is one of their prime assets especially after Ronaldo has claimed that he wants to return back to England.

This comes just days after reports which suggested that Florentino Perez was willing to sell off Gareth Bale to United only if the Old Trafford outfit was ready to add David De Gea into the bargain. While this news is sure to break a few hearts but the Blue half of Manchester are sure to take a lot of positives out of this.

Both Manchester City and Arsenal have been chasing Kylian Mbappe for quite some time now but they were always one step behind Real Madrid. But now with the Los Blancos seemingly pulling out of the race, both City and Arsenal will be frantically preparing bids for the 18-year-old sensation.
