Chelsea have already made what seems to be a big blunder by selling Nemanja Matic to rivals Manchester United. And if the current reports are anything to go by then the other half of Manchester have set their eyes upon another Chelsea superstar.
According to the news, Manchester City have shown a keen interest in Chelsea’s Eden Hazard after their move for Alexis Sanchez looks to have hit a brick wall. Manchester City have been heavily linked with Sanchez throughout the whole summer, but it looks like Wenger’s resilience to not sell the Chilean has frustrated Pep Guardiola. So, the Spanish coach might just have shifted his focus to Eden Hazard.

Hazard is currently recovering from an ankle injury which he sustained during an international training session. The 26-year-old did not take part in the preseason tour nor the season opener for Chelsea but is expected to make a first team comeback in the next few weeks.
The report also suggests that Guardiola has himself made contact with Eden Hazard in order to entice him to make a move to Manchester. But having said that it is unlikely that Chelsea will sell off their best attacking prospect to a direct rival, more so when they have already rejected bids from the likes of both Barcelona as well as Real Madrid.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is reportedly infuriated with the Blues management for letting go of Nemanja Matic so the last thing that the board will want to do is to anger the Italian more by selling off Eden Hazard.
