French International Kylian Mbappe has rejected an enormous 900 percent pay rise at Monaco in order to move out of France.

Mbappe’s current club AS Monaco were ready to offer the youngster £140,000 per week on a new contract. A whopping 900 percent raise from his previous salary of £16,000 per week. But the 18-year-old has rejected the new offer in order to move out of France.

And according to SkySports, Liverpool have shown interest in the talented youngster. The English club is monitoring the situation very closely but they feel that Mbappe does not want to move to England at this moment.

Arsenal is another Premier League club that has shown interest in signing Mbappe. But it will be really tough for Wenger to convince the player as he has no Champions League football to offer. Add to that the hefty price tag that Monaco have put on the youngster.

Having said this, Real Madrid look the odds out favourite to sign up the player. Monaco have quoted a price of almost €100 million for the teenager. And Real Madrid are definitely willing to pay the amount as they intend to offload a bunch of first team players from their ranks.

Mbappe recently made his international debut for France against Luxembourg. And in doing so he became the second youngest player to play for France at the age of eighteen years, three months, and five days old.
