Juventus have warned their left-back Alex Sandro that he should ‘repay’ the club before he thinks about moving to another club.

The Brazilian has been a top transfer target for both Manchester United and Chelsea with both the Premier League outfits preparing to launch bids for the left-back during the January transfer window. Now though it seems that these clubs will have to wait another six months before they can get their hands on Alex Sandro.

Juventus’ sporting director Beppe Marotta has firmly told the player that he should pull up his socks and start giving better performances until he is with the club. Juventus signed Sandro from Porto in 2015 for a fee of €26 million and now the club want their investment worth.

Marotta said, “We’ve regarded Alex Sandro as a top player,

“We have trusted him and he must repay our trust now.”

Chelsea are said to be the favourites to land the left-back but with Manchester United set to lose Luke Shaw they most definitely will go all out to sign Sandro.
