Newcastle United become the latest club to show an interest in signing Chelsea outcast David Luiz – as per reports.

David Luiz is currently out with a knee injury but even when he becomes fit we doubt how much he will feature in Antonio Conte’s plans. The duo reportedly had a fall out after the Roma game and since then Christensen has taken Luiz’s spot in central defence. And now it seems that the Brazilian is well and truly on his way out of the club during the January transfer window.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has had a long-standing interest in the Brazilian and it seems that the Red Devils are preparing a bid for the Chelsea outcast. Mourinho has previously managed David Luiz at Chelsea and wants him to lead the defensive at United.

Arsenal are the second candidate for the Brazilian and Wenger feels that Luiz will be a fine addition to his defensive lineup especially after his team has been playing in a 3-5-2 formation since last season.

And now the Evening Standard claims that Newcastle United have also entered the race to sign Luiz and are going to make a bid during the first half of January. But unlike United or Arsenal, the Magpies do not want him on a permanent deal. Rafa Benitez has also coached David Luiz and the Newcastle manager wants the player only on a loan deal until the end of the season.

But today Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has come out and said that he has no idea of any sort of interest from any club and he has absolutely no information about this topic.
