PSG are planning a staggering €170 million bid for Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic during the January transfer window – according to Italian publication Corriere Dello Sport.

Savic has been in sensational form this season for Lazio and his performances have grabbed a lot of eyeballs throughout Europe. Manchester United and Chelsea both want to sign the player during the January transfer window. Some reports even suggested that both Chelsea and United had sent scouts to watch the player on multiple occasions and the latter are preparing a £95 million bid for the Serbian.

Chelsea’s summer signing Tiemoue Bakayoko is yet to find a firm foot in the Blues midfield and Conte wants to bring in a new more established midfielder at the start of the new year. Manchester United too might lose the services of Marouane Fellaini – who has been a key figure for Mourinho, by the end of the season and their manager is eager to bring a suitable replacement as soon as possible.

Savic though recently suggested that he is not really interested in all the attention that he is getting during the past few months and just wants to focus on his Lazio career right now. But now with PSG planning a €170 million for the 22-year-old, Lazio themselves might be tempted to sell off the midfielder – that too in January itself.
