Real Madrid looks to have finally given up on their pursuit of Manchester United keeper David De Gea.

The Los Blancos have been in pursuit of the player since a couple of seasons and they even went agonisingly close to bringing him back to Spain. But now Zidane’s comments suggest that they are not interested in buying a new keeper.

While talking about the club’s interest in Athletic Bilbao stopper Kepa Arrizabalaga, Zidane said, “Kepa? I have two goalkeepers, understand?”

“I am a Real Madrid coach and I am happy with my two goalkeepers, I will always say the same. I saw Keylor well, although we can always give a little bit more, like always.”

Real have been after the United No 1 for a pretty long time but now it seems as if Zidane has finally given up hope of signing him or any other keeper as a matter of fact.
