Chelsea left-back Baba Rahman has returned back to training with Chelsea after the player suffered a major knee injury during the 2017 African Cup of Nations. And reports are already suggesting that Schalke want to sign him up during the January transfer window.

Rahman signed for Chelsea back in 2015 and spent half of last season out on loan to Schalke. The Ghanian impressed heavily during his stint in Germany but his stay there was cut short after the knee injury he picked up in the Africa Cup of Nations. After the injury, he returned back to Chelsea and has been continuing his rehabilitation at Chobham ever since.

Schalke did try to sign him up again on loan at the start of the current campaign but his injury prevented the move from happening. But now that he is back to full fitness the Bundesliga outfit was to get him back on loan for the rest of the season.
