PSG want to replace Unai Emery next season despite a brilliant current campaign?
According to reports coming out of the Spanish media, the PSG management are looking to replace their current manager with a high profile personality for the next campaign. PSG are currently top of the Ligue 1 table with 32 points – 4 points clear of AS Monaco. But that has not stopped the club’s sporting director Antero Henrique from the thought of replacing Unai Emery. And this has largely to do with the recent rifts between the manager and Neymar.
According to the reports, PSG’s sporting director has already had a chat with Man Utd manager Jose Mourinho about the prospects of taking over as their new manager at the end of the current season. Mourinho recently commented that he feels that the atmosphere in PSG is fantastic and such a comment has just added fuel to the fire.
It is also being believed that PSG are also looking at the likes of Antonio Conte, Massimiliano Allegri and Mauricio Pochettino as possible replacements to Unai Emery.
