Both Chelsea and Manchester City want to sign Alexis Sanchez during the January transfer window but Wenger might just use him differently.

According to a report in the Metro, Wenger will try and use Sanchez in a swap deal to bring Julian Draxler to the Emirates. PSG desperately want to avoid the FFP penalty after spending crazy sums of money this summer and in a bid to do that they will be selling a string of first-team players in January. And Arsenal have been made aware of this development.

We reported how Manchester City are planning a 20 million pound bid for Sanchez in January but Metro suggests that PSG are willing to offer 30 million pounds for the 28-year-old. This has enticed Wenger in the hope that he can use Sanchez in order to grab the services of Julian Draxler.

Both Manchester City and Chelsea are interested in the Chilean but the way things are developing PSG might just come out as the ultimate winners in this mess. Because Arsenal will be more than happy in selling Alexis Sanchez to a club from a different league.
