Bayern Munich have just announced their fourth signing of the season in the form of Corentin Tolisso from Lyon.
Bayern Munich’s new signing have cost them a steep price of €41.5 million. Even though that is a large amount of money for a relatively unknown midfielder but Bayern are confident that the 22-year-old will come good.
The French international a youth product of Lyon itself made his senior debut for the club back in 2103. Since then he has gone on to play 160 matches for the club. Tolisso is primarily a central midfielder for club and country but can play a variety of different roles. During the last season, he has played atleast in four positions across the midfield for Lyon.

And Bayern will try and capitalise on this versatility as much as possible. Premier League champions were also reportedly interested in signing the Frenchman. But Bayern have beaten Antonio Conte to the race.
After signing for the German champions, Tolisso said, “I had a wonderful time at Lyon, and I’m very thankful for that. Now I’m really pleased to be at one of the best clubs in Europe. I have great aims for my time at FC Bayern. Today is a great day for me.”
