Celtic FC loan goalkeeper Conor Hazard, currently playing for Falkirk FC is all set to take the field against Rangers on March, 3rd after Falkirk secured their position in the quarter-finals of Scottish Cup.
Falkirk won 3-1 against Cove Rangers last Saturday, in the round of 16 to earn the tie against Rangers. The 19-year-old is quite enthusiastic to face Rangers and is thinking of doing some damage to The Gers. Hazard temporarily left Celtic Park late in the January transfer window.
Hazard started his career with Cliftonville before joining Celtic FC in July of 2014. At the beginning of the 2017–18 season, Brendan Rodgers promoted Hazard to the Celtic FC first-team squad as third-choice goalkeeper behind Craig Gordon and Dorus de Vries.
Falkirk will give their level best, as Paul Hartley has no hopes either going up or down. Currently, they are sitting eighth on the Scottish Premiership table. Conor Hazard up until now has only two appearances in Falkirk’s colours and the manager Paul Hartley is thinking to go with the 19-year-old as he can truly make a difference.
