If Chelsea fail to move to the next round of the UEFA Champions League by beating Barcelona then it is very much possible that Antonio Conte might not last the full season.
Multiple reports have claimed that Blues owner Roman Abramovich has given the final ultimatum to the Italian. And if the manager fails to deliver a silverware this season and manage to qualify for the Champions League for the next then the Blues fans will see yet another new face in the managerial seat next campaign.
We take a look at some of the probable candidates that might replace Antonio Conte:
1. Thomas Tuchel:
Tuchel is without a doubt one of the most managers in world football right now and the former Dortmund boss is certainly on the radar of Roman Abramovich.
The German is currently without a club after BVB sacked him in May of last year and if he were to take up the Chelsea job then he will undoubtedly be a perfect fit. Tuchel managed Dortmund for two years and during this time has was in charge of 108 games and he managed to win 62.96 percent of them.
Tuchel is also from that school of managers who believe in playing attacking football so Abramovich should be easily impressed with him.
2. Maurizio Sarri:
Sarri currently manages Napoli in the Serie A and has been doing so since 2015. The Italian has managed 10 other clubs before Napoli but the Ciucciarelli is the first high profile job that he has ever taken up.
Sarri win record at Napoli stands at 67.65 percent which is higher than that of Tuchel and the Italian is undoubtedly the cheapest option on the list of manager who can replace Antonio Conte.

3. Luis Enrique:
Luis Enrique is without a shadow of a doubt the likeliest of managers to replace Antonio Conte at Chelsea. The former Barcelona manager has also reportedly held talks with the Chelsea hierarchy about taking charge from the next campaign.
But at this point in time, the Spaniard has a very high wage demand which is causing a headache for the Blues. Chelsea want their next manager to earn wages which are similar to what Antonio Conte earns right now but Enrique up until now has refused to take a pay cut. Abramovich clearly wants Enrique to become the next boss but if both the parties cannot agree on a fee then the Blues will have no other option but to look for other alternatives.
