Chelsea and Arsenal are set to suffer a huge blow as reports are emerging that their biggest managerial target Thomas Tuchel has already been signed by PSG.

Tuchel left Borussia Dortmund last summer and since then the German manager has been without a club. He was offered to take charge of Bayern Munich next summer but he rejected the offer claiming he has already agreed to join a club in a different country.

And this prompted many to believe that the former BVB manager was on his way to England.

Both Chelsea and Arsenal have been favourites to signing Thomas Tuchel and many rumours had also claimed that the Gunners had already had a verbal agreement with the 44-year-old.

Now Sport Buzzer, are claiming that Tuchel has signed a two-year deal with Ligue 1 giants PSG.

Last week, ESPN FC had claimed that the French outfit had grown a liking towards the German manager and the club’s owner, the Emir of Qatar has himself marked out Thomas Tuchel as the successor to current boss Unai Emery.

Sport Buzzer are also claiming Tuchel’s contract with PSG includes an optional third year depending on performance.

This bit of news will come as a huge blow to both Chelsea and Arsenal and now the Premier League outfits will have to move to other options.

The Blues will have to shift their focus back to former Barcelona boss Luis Enrique while the Gunners might go after Carlo Ancelotti or Germany national team coach Joachim Low.
