After winning the Premier League in style last season, Chelsea have collapsed drastically this campaign and they might very well be without Champions League football in the 2018-19 season.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is also sure to lose his job at the end of the season and with him, a lot of first-team players might also be shown the door.

So here’s a list of 5 Chelsea players who could leave Stamford Bridge during the summer transfer window:

1. David Luiz:

The Brazilian is one of the biggest names on the exit list for the Blues and after an alleged bust-up with Antonio Conte late last year, David Luiz has seen very little game time. So much so that there was news, the centre-back would be sold off during the January transfer window itself but thankfully, Conte did not make a rash decision.

In the absence of Luiz, the trio of Azpilicueta, Christensen and Rudiger have all proved themselves in the three-man backline which clearly indicates that David will be one of the scapegoats of the upcoming transfer window.

Clubs like Arsenal and Juventus have both shown interest in signing David Luiz at the end of the season and according to some major British tabloids, Man United manager Jose Mourinho is also inclined in bringing the Brazilian to the Theatre of Dreams.

2. Eden Hazard:

Hazard was tipped to join Real Madrid last summer itself but a serious injury during the international break meant that the deal did not go through. But Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane still holds a substantial interest in the Belgium playmaker and multiple reports have claimed that Hazard is on his way out of Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.

A couple of other teams have also shown an inclination towards the winger but if Hazard does move out Chelsea then Real Madrid does look his most likely destination – as of now.

3. Willian:

Like David Luiz, Willian was also one of those players who was tipped to move out of Chelsea during the January window and everyone was hopeful that he would be reunited with his old boss Jose Mourinho at Manchester United. But the Red Devils went onto sign Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal during that time and all the gossip of Willian move to Manchester came to an abrupt halt.

Since then, the Brazilian winger has seen a fair amount of game time under Antonio Conte and his performances have also been on the rise. But given that Chelsea are planning to rebuild their team during the summer we fear that there might be no space left for Willian in the dressing room come next season.

4. Thibaut Courtois:

Thibaut Courtois is yet another Chelsea player who is wanted by Real Madrid. The Belgium goalkeeper is yet to sign a new deal with the Blues and this has inclined towards the fact that the shot-stopper is on his way out during the summer transfer window.

Courtois has previously stated he wants to head back to Spain in order to live with his children who are currently in Madrid and joining the Los Blancos seems to be the perfect way for him to ensure a family reunion.

5. Michy Batshuayi:

Michy Batshuayi has endured a tough season under Antonio Conte where he had had to repeatedly prove himself to the manager. But despite his good performances on the pitch the striker failed to win the trust of Antonio prompting him to make a loan move to Borussia Dortmund in January.

And as soon as Batshuayi moved to Germany he took to the Bundesliga like a fish to water. He made a wonderful start to his career at the BVB and the management at the club were so impressed that they had thought of making the loan deal permanent during the summer.

But a long-term injury halted the good run for Batshuayi and he had to return back to his parent club. Now though, the tabloids in Germany are claiming that BVB are still very much interested in keeping him for the long run and the club will push to sign him permanently at the end of the season.
