Luka Modric won The Best 2018 award and in doing so, the Croatian became the first person to break the Ronaldo and Messi monopoly on the coveted prize.
Modric picked up 29.05 per cent of the votes thanks to a wonderful season which saw him win the Champions League with Real Madrid and then reach the World Cup final with Croatia.
And now that the ceremony has been wrapped up, FIFA have revealed the voting details of the tournament.
Each voting member would have to pick three individual with the first one getting five points, the second one getting three points and the third player got one point.
And after this reveal everyone is asking ‘Which players did Ronaldo and Messi vote for in the FIFA The Best Awards 2018?’

Lionel Messi went the conventional way and chose Luka Modric as his number one pick, followed by Kylian Mbappe in second and his arch-rivals Cristiano Ronaldo in third spot.
But Ronaldo, on the other hand, did not vote for Lionel Messi and neither did he pick Modric as his number one choice. The Portuguese named Raphael Varane as his number one man followed by Luka Modric and then Antoine Griezmann.
